Mrs. campy served a kind of hash of ground turkey and potatoes for dinner tonight.
since the oral surgeon was in the mouth today and it took stitches, I had scrambled eggs with cheese.
Mom & I had some cold leftover chicken (from last night) on hamburger buns as sandwiches, while my brother made himself an omelet (I think that's what it was - anyway, it involved frying an egg or two).
I made spaghetti & meatballs for dinner.
I had a calzone because I had a priory dinner meeting.
We had pork with gravy; egg noodles with butter, and mixed veggies (corn, peas, & carrots) for our dinner tonight.
I made dirty rice with ground pork for dinner.
Stuffed green peppers. They offered us the chance to take our first shot on Sunday out in Wentzville instead of Tuesday in St Louis County. We jumped on the chance.
I came up with hash by accident last week, just leftover hamburger and potatoes in a dish cooked for an hour.Quote:
