I was going to go to the Museum of Science and Industry today, since it's the 53rd anniversary of the Apollo 11 lunar landing. But since I recently shelled out over $1000 to upgrade my computer, I thought I'd save money and stay home. So instead, I played some DVDs I had of various NASA films, including a digitally-restored disc of the Apollo 11 moonwalk, and I'm currently looking through some of my space exploration books.
I'll go to the museum next year - hopefully, I'll have a job by then.

I recently pulled my guitars out too. I have my Les Paul Recording that I've used as my main axe for 52 years now. I bought it in 1970. I have a Les Paul Standard 1957 reissue I bought in 1996, and the pickups are old enough now to start sounding mellow the way they should. Ah, memories.......memories. I still know how to play ZZTop stuff and eagles.

Clara and Leo are going to a splash pad with their cousins. Later Mom & Dad will take a second look at a house they might buy, 35 minutes from the condo.
