How Was Your Day? The 20th Thread

I performed a check on my wine-cellar inventory today. I was pretty certain that some errors crept into the computer file during the summer when it was so hectic at the condo, and I have now cleared them all up.

Got Prissy's toe nails clipped and got our Wills updated.

Vicky 3 is releasing today so I'm probably going to spending some time playing around in the Victorian Era.

I went out to buy groceries today.

I vacuumed the condo today. Later I have to go meet my grandkids' school bus and watch them at their house for a while, then go home and meet with a cat sitter we want to hire for December.

Had to take the wife's new car in for something, its a coating so you don't have to wax anymore.

Leo and his mom came over this morning. Then I drove Mrs. campy to a neighbor's house for a massage, except the masseuse cancelled and I had to turn right around and pick her up again.

I was supposed to pick up my car from the body shop on Tuesday, but it wasn't reay. Now I have to wait until next week.

We went to Needham to play with Leo for a while.

Spectrum sent me a new modem and router that I had to install. Don't know why they had to do it, I was happy with the one I had.

We went out for groceries today.

Welp, finally got the green telecaster into Skip Goetz for a set up, the guys at the shop love green teles. I have another guitar coming. It's a strat with the HSH configuration, roasted maple neck and locking tuners and candy apple red. At least I won't misplace it.

Winter's coming, so we took down some outdoor flowering plants at the condo. I also did some writing.

Changed the bed linens and did some laundry. I also took a walk to the condo mailroom.

Online Fla. history lecture on FL during the depression through WW 2 and tutoring session today.

Nothing out of the ordinary at work......which is fine with me.

I went out to run some errands today. I also have a load of laundry going in the dryer,.

Had lunch with my sisters today at Glory Days. Had the bbq chicken salad and it was pretty good. Saw some pictures of sister 1's new South Carolina home--lakeside with over 4 acres of land, a pavilion with firepit and even some Canadian geese coming over to pay a visit.

Got most of the paperwork done for some projects.

We're playing with Leo today. He's having a banana now.

Got a good report from the electrocardiologist. Pacemaker's working perfectly and no afib. Doc also cut my daily dosage of amiodarone down from 200 mg to 100 per day.

Leo and his mom came over again since contractors were working at their house.

Not bad, I might go in to pay the taxes on the new Caddy tomorrow though.

Welp, today I paid the taxes on the Caddy and did all the rest of the paperwork too...so all that is done.

Did some writing today. Last night had to deal with a slow clog in the toilet--tried the snake, plunging, and detergent and hot water. Ended up having to get some septic tank enzymes. So far so good. Also paid tag registration for my car.

I stayed around the condo. I just returned from checking the mail and found the newly issued Certificate of Title for my paid-off SUV. I have put it in a safe place with other important papers.

Got a whole bunch of stuff done, we have a transfer into the priory and I need to get some more info from him, but since he's a Catholic Priest I think it will be best to call him Monday.

I took a walk around the neighborhood this morning.

My niece's nephew looked at the roof today. It needs a new cap to replace the one that got ripped off by the storm, but otherwise, I'm good to go. Thankfully, it's not an expensive repair and he's a very good handyman as well as being a nice guy. Niece got lucky with him.

I took a walk outside for a bit.

Quiet day today. It's going to be a busy week this coming week though.

Got a little writing and guitar playing done today.

I went to the library this morning, and then I took Mrs. campy to the dollar store for craft supplies and the warehouse club to pick up an order.

Long day today. Got my health insurance set for next year, made a payment on my auto insurance premium, did some writing this morning, late tutoring session today, and steeling myself for the storm coming this week.

We went to Needham to play with Leo in the morning. He was in a bad mood. He has not adapted to Standard Time yet.

Getting in hunker down mode right now.

We met our grandson at the school bus stop and watched him for an hour.

Didn't get much sleep last night as I was keeping an eye on the storm, so I'll be catching up with that once the storm passes.

I brought Mrs. campy to an eye doctor appointment and did a little grocery shopping on the way home. I also vacuumed out the interior of my SUV.
