Basically, ether it or the shortened version of it - Sic Semp Ty - is my catch phrase, like Kim's "What's the 'sitch?" or the Cylon's "By your command." Interesting note: Tyrannus is actually spelled with an 'I' not a 'U', but since that's the way I pronounce it that's the way I spell it too.
