Mine will have to be Jake himself, and this is strange coming from me because usually my favorite character on a show is a villain and it's very rarely the main character. But Jake is cool, nice, funny, easy to relate to and sympathize with. I feel like he just tries so hard and does his best but he just gets ripped on and scolded by everybody. Although Spud is a close second. He's hilarious in an eccentric, semi-Ron sort of way, and he's sweet.

My favorite is Fu Dog. He's slightly cynical, yet wise from his years as a magical creature. Plus, I like the Brooklyn accent John DiMaggio gave this character.

It's interesting how the AmDrag scriptwriters worked that little truism into the Jake/Rose relationship throughout the series. I may not have watched the show with any regularity, but I saw enough episodes to pick up on that particular story arc.
