Just wondering, but would it be possible to allow members to modify their posts? or possibly delete them?
the deleting is not entirely needed, but the modify might be nice. that way if a member wants to add more info to an existing post, they do not have to double post. And it allows them to fix any mistakes they did not notice when making the post

I have relaxed the permissions to allow juniors to edit. I will bring it up in the ED to make this permanent.
