New Improvements for the GJA

I'm glad to announce that through my contacts that we will soon have a major improvement to the GJA on the main page:

A major addition of a newly created script that has been obtained will create an automatic system of display and storage for Fan Art and Fan Fiction. This will enable members to automatically upload Fan Art and Fan Fiction into the main page into the appropriate sections. It should be as easy as uploading to Imageshack or FF.net (easier than FF.net). Access will be easy and provide full thumbnails of all images in appropriately categorized sections. I will be playing with this over the next few days to see how this will be done and to get it installed.

This is the reason why the screencaps haven't progressed. The old system we were using required creating the thumbnails ourselves. This new programming does it automatically and in real time. Once it is in place, we should be abel to rapidly load the present available screencaps for all the episodes that we have.

In addition, there will be a link added for KPFW's HDTV screencaps as they are an excellent source of material for that prupose.

We will also be adding a separate section for STARBASE's Montages.

Fan Fic can be added using the same system as it can separate out the images from text files, and will display them in an appropriate manner in the Fan Fic section. The existing Fanfics will be placed there too.

A few minor bugs have popped up which we will be reparing regarding two of the archived page threads not be accessible.

I will have a direct link also added from the main forum page back to the main Tome page of the GJA as well.
