KPtome Down?
It seems that the sever is 100% down, and it has been like that for several days, anyone know why?

Most of the time i've seen it down it was due to bandwith being exceeded.

It's true. KPTome has always had that problem. They have very little bandwidth and it is chronically overloaded, so it is often very difficult to sign on there. You will get frequently turned away.

i know they have a bandwidth issue, but this is a server 400 issue, the sever is not even found, meaning either the site is shut down, the sever is crashed, or the domain is having issues.

Hmmm.. That's new. I never encountered a 400, just the screen telling them to come back another time when the server wasn't so busy. Was there a specific thing you were looking for there? We have pretty much reproduced the entire KPTome on the GJA main page.

Well, as you may know, EP abandoned it more than a year ago. So nothing really has been done with it since then. No updates, no revisions. EP was trying to set up a KP Wikipedia page in its place, but that never went anywhere. Of course, by that time ARA was on its downward slide. I don't really have much idea of how many hits it gets now, but the site is exactly the same as it was in April 2006 or so.

Maybe EP finally wiped it?

That's weird. Perhaps EP saw what the GJA was doing and took the KP Tome down.

You may very well be right, GTG. Of course, We had expected the same might be done with ARA itself at some point too. We just don't know what EP will do.
