    The Puppy Dog Pout.

I was looking back at one of the stories I'm working on and noticed something.
    Quote from "Thunder Island":

Kim was hitting him with the most dangerous weapon in the Possible Women’s arsenal, the PDP, turned on to full power and hitting her Ronnie at point blank range with that voice that only a Possible Woman could when applying the PDP at full strength.

Reading this I thought about it some. If Kim and her mom Anne are the only "Users" of the PDP. Would it not be something that only "Possible" women can do?? Kim's mom is not a Possible by brith, but by marrage. Would it not be a "Townsend" woman thing, assuming that Anne was a Townsend before she married James??

I know of at least one writer that has Joss using the PDP. But if it came from Kim's Mom, would that not be "possible"???

    Just some random thought....

    What's your take??

I'm pretty sure that Shego used the PDP in Stop Team Go, but in all likelihood she stole that move from her archfoe.

Ron and Rufus used it on Kim in "Car Alarm", when they wanted to go into JP Bearymore's for burnt pizza. And her own mother used it on her in "Mother's Day", too. (Probably where Kim got it in the first place.):P

I figure it's a lot like nuclear weapons proliferation. One major superpower develops the technology and shows it off to devastating effect. Once the shock and awe wears off, a bunch of little rogue nations swarm in and chip off the big ol' block of experience, running off with their hard-won chunk held gleefully over their heads, cackling insanely.

Rouge nations? Are they especially skilled in the use of make-up as an offensive weapon? :P
I think you meant the word "rogue," didn't you?

    Well,
I was thinking along the lines of if Anne taught Kim, then would it not be a "Possible" thing???

Hmmmm. Since it came from her side of the family.....certainly makes sense, I must admit. Of course, you could say it became a "Possible" thing, once Kimmie started using it.

This discussion's got me wondering: has any one of us used the Puppy Dog Pout in real life to get what they want? :P
    Just thought I'd ask...
