Improvements on the Main Page
I just wanted to let you all know that I've been working on the episode pages of the Main Page under the "Episode Guide" button. Some of you who may have looked at it may have seen the graphics were out of place and not meshing, and the links were going back to the old KPTome references. I have steadily worked on it now for the last week when I had the time, and have corrected all the graphics problems, so the pages should appear smoothly (including in FireFox). All the links that went back to KPTome references have been converted over to GJA, except for the last four episodes. I plan on taking care of that in the next two days, and that will finish that section up, but only for Season One.
I really liked the in-depth analysis of those pages. It would really be neat if we could get similar pages constructed for the other three seasons as well, but it does seem to take a lot of research to do it. We'll see over time.......

The Goofs Guide Page has now also been brought up to speed as far as it can be. The only problem here is that the goofs descriptions go on through Season Three, but there are no reference links to the episode screenshots to describe the goofs for Seasons Two or Three, nor are there episode guide pages constructed for Seasons Two or Three. And of course, there are neither Goof Guide material nor episode guide material pages for Seaon Four.
I can construct the pages, but I need the material collated to put into it. I was wondering and I'll throw this out to the elder memebrs of the board. Do you know who exactly constructed the original pages? These, of course, were extracted from teh original KPTome. I just wonder who it was who exactly created them in the first place. There is a lot of esoteric information listed in the episode guides, and I wonder how that information was obtained.

It all came from submissions, I think.

I wonder who was doiign the sumissions, then. I'll give an example here with the minutiae from the episode "Crush":
Guest Stars: Breckin Meyer (as Josh Mankey) John DiMaggio (as Dr. Drakken, Heinrich) Nicole Sullivan (as Shego) Tara Strong (as Britina) Lauren Tom (as Yoshiko) Roz Ryan (as Wade's Mom) Dan Castellaneta (as Goon(s)?)
Villains: Dr. Drakken & Shego
1)Animation Production by: Rough Draft Korea Co., Ltd
2)One of five first season episodes altered post-release to include songs from the then-upcoming "KP" soundtrack. In this case: Angela Michael's "I'm Ready".
3)This is the first time we see Wade's mother.
4)Wade's dad is mentioned but not seen.
5)Shego's screaming near the beginning and what Drakken says while being caught by the Robot's claw is used in the "Super Villain Smashout" game on Kimpossible.com.
6)This ep was originally an 11-miniute pilot for the series.
7)The video game factory in Japan was originally going to be a car factory in Chicago.
Goofs:
1)When Ron screams (after the "Naked Mole Rat Show"), his freckles are missing.
2)The grappler in "Bueno Nacho" was red, but this one is purple.
3)Contrary to the series' established style, Mom's lower lip is filled in for a segment of the breakfast table discussion.
4)Animation Goof: Because it's been recycled from an earlier sequence, the overlay representing the view from Drakken's Ultimate Robo-Warrior incorrectly identifies Ron as Kim, and vice versa.
5)At the start of the episode, Kim asks if Ron has ever considered a normal pet, i.e. "something not naked". But pretty much ALL animals are nude.
6)^-- Nitpick of Nitpick: Clothing-less, sure, but not hairless, and few have "naked" in their name.
7)For a brief second on the plane, part of Ron's sunglasses are missing (the part that rests on the ear--the right one).
8)When Dr. Possible (Dad) says, "Josh?" his eyebrows are black.
9)Strange that Ron should care so much about Christmas, seeing as he's Jewish according to 'Ron the Man'.
10)^--While I'll admit to not having seen the episode, I can take a wild guess and say that he could have parents of different faiths. His father may be Jewish and his mother Catholic (or vice versa). In that is the case, then Ron would celebrate not only Jewish holidays (like Chanukah, Passover, Rosh Hashanah, etc.), but Catholic holidays as well (like Christmas, Easter, Good Friday, etc.). I hope that helps.
11)^-- Even though I'm Jewish, I still get excited about Christmas because I, like Ron probably, like the joy and kindness around that time. He might also be half Jewish and Christian.
12)For a moment, when Ron's holding Rufus in Heinrich's snow-mobile thing, his hands are flesh-coloured, when he should be wearing gloves.
13)Pronunciation: Whenever Dad mentions Doctor Drakken, he pronounces it "Drocken".
14)Drakken's picture is not on the back page of the newspaper at the beginning of the scene. But when (Mr.) Dr. Possible says "I wouldn't give up. With Drakken, I mean" his picture occupies a large portion of the back page
15)During Shego's "...every time you blab about your big plan..." rant, her mouth completely disappears for a frame or two when she says "she wins!"
16)During the battle with the Ultimate Robo-Warrior, Kim puts Rufus in one of the pockets of her cargo pants after she catches him in mid-air. The next time we see Rufus (when the Ultimate Robo-Warrior starts to fall), he is perched on Ron's shoulder, but Kim was never physically close enough to Ron (on or off-screen) for her to give Rufus back to Ron.
17)If it was a Sadie Hawkins Dance, why was Ron trying to ask girls out?
Yes, we all know that one of the most basic rules of cartoon characters is that they wear the same clothes in just about every episode, but why is Kim wearing her casual green shirt to a dance? And why is Bonnie wearing her cheerleading outfit?
18)When Kim's grappler rope is first shown, it's yellow...but as she fires it up the side of the Z-boy factory, it's black.
19)When Kim is hanging from the scaffolding fighting Shego, Shego raises a black boot to knock Kim off. In the next shot, as Kim grabs the boot, it's green.
20)Kim and Ron are both suddenly wearing helmets and goggles as soon as they open the door and exit Heinrich's snow vehicle.
21)As Josh bends down to pick up his posters, the inside of his ear is momentarily transparent.
22)When Ron is hanging upside down when the Ultimate Robot Warrior grabs him, Rufus falls out of his pocket. After Kim rescues Rufus, she puts him in her pocket. But when Kim rocket skates to Ron's rescue as the Robot is falling, Rufus is back with Ron.
23)When Ron manipulates Rufus' mouth during the Rufus Show, he's missing his gloves.
24)When Kim punches out the camera on the back of Drakken's robot, the hand still in the suction cup is glove-less.
25)When Ron is pinned by the forklift, his shirt is a light gray rather than black.
26)I read on naked mole rats (yes, they do exist) And they had pretty short tails. How could Rufus have a long tail? And how come his tail wags like a dog?
27)How can someone's EYES itch?
28)^-- You've obviously never worn contacts. (I'm sure by "itch" he meant general irritation)
29)^--It was *not* a Sadie Hawkins Dance. In the begining of the episode Ron identifies Spirit Week, and clarifies that it's the Spirit Week Dance while Himlick is giving them a ride. Also the banner Josh was hanging said: Spirit Week Dance.
30)--^The contact lenses theory works, but it could also be a figure of speech. What Drakken is really saying is that the Z-boy cartoons are starting to annoy him.
31)When Kim knocks out Shego with the stink formula in the lip gloss, Shego falls facing Kim, but when the camera zooms out, she's facing the opposite direction.
32)Tara liked Ron so why didn't she ask him to the dance?
33)Whenever Kim and Shego fight in the series, Shego is able to fight Kim without her long hair getting in the way. This is a physical impossibility.
When Drakken said that cartoons made his eyes "itch" he could have ment annoy him, but actually eyes can itch, mostly eye lids, or if your wearing contact lenses. also, eyes itching is a figure of speach meaning that something is annoying or gross.
34)^-Mole rat nitpick: In Tick-Tick-Tick, Mr. Barkin looks into a biology book, and, apparently, in the world of Kim Possible naked mole rats have long tails.
35)^-Shego's hair: Maybe her powers allow her to control her hair in some way.
36)No one is driving the forklift after Ron's naked molerat show. I never tried pushing a forklift, but I think it would be hard to do. And if they did, how did they know where to push it to get Ron through the boxes?
37)Kim acts as if this is the first time she saw Rufus, (questioning about Ron's pet) but how could she if she saw him on her first mission in ASiT?
Ron's mouth is missing when he says "This arm's going to the dance on Friday".
38)Ron's eyes are gone for a few frames when Kim reaches for the closet door.
39)Kim's upper lip is briefly not colored in when she says "Drakken was easy compared to this".
40)Kim's hands are glove-less when she swings to catch Rufus.
41)Shego's bottom lip is colored in when she says "Don't stop to tell her the plan!".
First: Someone went to the trouble to discover exactly who voiced who with the majority of the characters.
Second: The second section has some interesting history, and I'm not sure how that would be discovered (like the fact this was originally supposed to be an eleven minute pilot).
Third: There is more minutiae and I think contributions from several people as to the goofs that were spotted and then compiled. Some of the stuff in this third section seemd like questions by some people that were answered by others.
Still, it would seem that each page was a work put together by a group of people. That may be tough to match, to create the other pages with the same intense study these other pages have had.

The memories...
Seriously, I could write an entire article answering your question but even that would just scratch the surface of how all this came to be. I really don't know much about the early history of the KP section of the original TV Tome; I was a relatively late newcomer on the TV Tome scene when it was still in existence. What I do know is that the way TV Tome system was set-up allowed users to submit information to practically any section of KP Tome directly. The submissions were either accepted or rejected by the editor of the KP section. Virtually all of the information submitted to TV Tome was from the fans, some of whom went great lengths to find remote information like what you described.
I'm not familiar enough with the archives on GJA to use them yet, but here is a link to original archive on ARA where we saved all of the information before TV Tome was taken off line.
TV Tome Archive
We spent several days archiving KP information from TV Tome which made the second and third incarnations of the site possible. Hopefully, this has shed light on a few things.
You know, sometimes when I post snippets like this I feel like a KP TV Tome history nut!

Excellent, Greenmandmz, excellent. This all needs to be pulled down and archived for GJA as well. I will proceed to do that.

Just from the syntax and writing style, I suspect that many of the contributers are some of the long vanished forum members, such as The Jabberwocky, who were heavily involved in TV Tome. Some of the stuff in the goofs would have demanded viewing the show frame-by-frame since many of these were real transitory.

Ah, the memories indeed.
I don't know much about the origins of TVT, myself. I think it was a collaberation between NacoNacho2 and a poster named Ruggapile (or something like that), and maybe a few other people. I discovered TVT sometime in September-March 2004 and joined sometime in October. Was that before or after you, GMZ? I remember I posted my first fanfic in November, and the SPAM Wars started sometime in December. ARA was born in January 2005.

I remember that; I made a contribution or two myself.
I'd be really interested as to where the "Chicago car factory" and "Shego was added at the last minute" factlets came from.

I recall Rugaphile having a rather huge collection of screen captures, featuring entire episodes on an almost frame by frame basis, possibly the source for some of the goofs information. It seems that his (?) website vanished a year or two ago, after being dormant for quite a long time. I remember the site navigation being difficult.

I recently pulled the pages down from the KPTome "Miscellaneous" buttom to reconstruct it for the Main Page. I also pulled the images with those pages and the majority of them came directly from the ruggaphile web site. I didn't seem to have any problem pulling those down. However, they may have been from a different directory than the one you were trying to access, LM. I think I'll take a look around there myself. I certainly have the capability to pull every single frame from every single episode of KP, but the screenshots I pulled were limited to only one per second for space considerations, and that still required 16.2 Gbs just for those screenshots. Doing that for all the frames at 30 per second would require 486 Gb's of storage which I cannot get on any server unless I put one up on my own. (Which may actually a possibility right now. I have 20 Gb available to me, which is a huge amount of space for a web site, and thus I have more than enough space for GJA and all of its archives. But if for any reason it gets any bigger, I will have to get my own server to do this. I still may do it anyway.) I do find it interesting that someone actually went to the trouble to pull every single frame of every episode and store it as a screenshot.
