Commercials Page

On the Main Page, there is a button which goes to a page where various commercials for KP over the past few years were accessible. At the time GJA was created, we exported that page from KPTome, but it became inactive and you couldn't pull up the commercials. That has now been fixed. The commercials themselves have been pulled out and loaded into the database so you can connect to them directly. I will now have the ability to add more commercials as we go along as well. Enjoy!

EDIT: Does anyone have the "long version" of the "CMBM Video (short version)"? It's bringing back twinges of nostalgia from June 2002.

I seem to remember seeing Drakken and Kim as commentators on something like the Disney Games (?) that my younger daughter was watching one day. (Live action competitions for actors from some of their shows, but at least in one segment they had cartoon commentators.) If I'm not crazy, are those clips archived anywhere?

I thought they were, but EP might have them. Or they were seperate from the commericals section and in their own thread.

I liked the "New and Kim-Proved Summer" promos. Those were pretty cool. Pity we didn't see more like them during the show's run.

Also a shame that we (or ARA) don't have the promos from April/May/June 2002... Recreating the excitement of KP's first showing.... Ahh, the memories...

Now on to the Miscellaneous page. I have a lot of work to do there.:P

As to the white text, that has been mentioned before. I will try to work with that and see if I can come up with a better color.

EDITS:

Hmmm... wasn't #37 from the British airing? I don't remember seeing that one on Yank TV. (Granted, I was 12 at the time.) Or has the DC logo changed that much?
(Awesome, awesome promo, though. Later merchandise and other promo materials should have kept that theme. The direct inclusion of boys in the promo as well as girls was an element of massive importance that seemed to have been dumped by the wayside in later marketing. Arrrggghhhhhhh, Disney..... )

#42 - I thought that was an Australian promo. Not sure. Jabberywocky (who lived Down Unda), Phil Literate, or EP would've known. I *certainly* don't remember that KP font. Must've been from some really early concept drawings - Ron's clothes are different. (And, do note, I *despise* that patronizing-sounding VA at the end. )


#58 - even more early materials; in addition to Ron having different colored clothes, Kim's mission pants were capris (that fits with nascent concept sketches, though). Also cool. I'll have to zoom in on that "yearbook faces" bit. Do you have a bigger size?

Try Zamzar.com. It's a file-conversion website, and it also supports URLs. (So, if you've got a video off Youtube you'd like on your desktop...)
I've used it to transform songs in YouTube videos into mp3s.
