    Pun Possible

Well, the title is in keeping with the apparent policy of the show's writers to make puns of the titles! It's nice to see that they weren't going to make an exception for this planned-but-aborted episode.

It's also nice to see a missive from you, Mr. Wheldon! We hope all is going well with you, post-KP...?

Well, since you asked, when I turned it in the working title was "The Glassed and the Furious."

    Remember, you did ask...
Yes, we asked, and you were having entirely too much fun with that title!

Well this sounds like a very interesting concept; I'm glad it was shared with us.

    This is too rich!!!

I think this episode would've been one of those you'd clear your daily schedule in order to watch.

I'm glad they went ahead with Graduation instead, but still....

    It's awesome!

Like I said, it sounds like the Geek Force Five was inspired by the Simpsons (I could be horribly, horribly wrong though), but it still would have made an interesting episode.

I also like the title that it was given. To bad the source movie sucked hardcore.

Believe me, having worn glasses since I was in first grade (some forty-two years ago), I can assure you that kids who wear glasses are indeed mocked by the kids who don't. I wasn't called a "nerd" back then (the phrase had yet to be coined); but I was called "four-eyes" more than once. It does tend to become frustrating, so upon reflection, I can't help but think that Kurt Weldon's title, "The Glassed and the Furious," is most appropriate.
