Why is everyone who drives slower than me an idiot, and everyone who drives faster a maniac?

oooohhhhh....Now that was just painful..........
But yeah, the smoking old guy just watching the car hurtle through the air behind him and crash was funny.

Yes, the expression on his face as the car went tumbling by was something else...

Of course, those first few scenes, with the guy pushing his car and it runs off without him and the idiot standing out the door of his pickup truck with one foot on the steering wheel (
!?!!) are very compelling arguments for why some people simply should not - EVER - be allowed to drive. 
Of course, those same people will be the first to complain and whine about their rights being violated...
