KP Montage images
On ebay I came across this listing:
Cool Kim Possible TV Series MOSAIC MONTAGE
Which reminded me of something I 'd done just like it. A while back I came across some software that allows a person to create such images, provided they have the base image database to build from. Fortunately, I'd already collected screenshots from all the episodes I've got on DVDs and iTunes. Here's a half-size version of one.

If someone can point me to a simple, free place to dump 4.3Meg (or more) sized images, I can upload some other full-sized ones, and maybe even do some new ones. Or of this is good enough, I can scale the others.

If you can convert the images and get them smaller, we may be able to accommodate them here in the Fan Art Section. I forget the upper limit for the images, but I believe it is 1 Mb.

Very nice!
I think anyone who is interested in this image montage would probably want the full sized version. Might I suggest that you consider hosting the full size images on Google's Picasa Web site? I use it to share digital photos with friends and family--I just send them a link to the album. According to their info page on Picasa Web "Each account gets 1GB (and counting!) of free storage," so it should have plenty of capacity for your needs. You can even make the albums public. Here is the URL:

Note that you will need to have or create a google account to use it.

I went ahead and shrunk them down by 50%. The quality seems acceptible, and they seem to allow multiple postings. So here are some more, and I hope that they come through. In any case, grab 'em while you can...

After I posted the first one, I noticed that it was one of my earliest attempts, where I hadn't loaded in the whole database. These use the full set.
The software to do this is PhotoMontage by ArcSoft, and it's been out since 1998. I know they no longer sell the Mac version any more, as it only ran on MacOS 9 and the latest Mac OS X no longer has Classic compatibility mode. (Another reason I keep my old computers running as long as I can...) I ended up buying a copy on eBay. Getting things set up takes quite a bit of time, several hours, and results in 1.1Gig worth of files, but the actual creation takes only a few minutes.
While I've got things set up again this week, should be easy to run off some more. If there are any scenes or images you'd like to see, let me know. I'm open to suggestions as to what would be some "iconic" KP images use. If it's on DVD or iTunes, a timestamp might be enough to let me know what you want. Or a URL to use. Tthe better quality the source image, the better the result.

These look great. I would like to get them posted into the Fan Art section. Let me look at it a minute and I'll get back to you as to how large the images have to be and we can get them uploaded.
EDIT: Done! The montages are now in the Fan Art Section, Smithers. Nice job! When you have more, just let me know and we'll get them in there. I think the image size limit is actually 2 MB BTW.
