I don't see much anime, But of all the shows I've seen I liked some chapters of cowboy bebop and Inuyasha.

Ah, Cowboy Bebop. A fellow fanfic writer (Rocinante of Cellar Series fame - an excellent series, BTW) has mentioned that to me several times and recommends it. I'll have to check it out sometime. I was introduced to the mind-popping Yoko Kanno soundtrack during my "Ghost in the Shell" stage, and if she also worked on Bebop....
