Mythbusters had its grand finale tonight - the last original show they'll ever make. From now on, all we'll have is reruns.

The plow through the 14 years of props got me surprisingly emotional. Atop Fury Road levels of awesome!
The cast reunion got me all sniffly too. Particularly with Neil DeGrasse Tyson's and Obama's descriptions of the show's impact.
Carpe Navi: Because you never know when you'll get to go boating at government expense again.

Yeah; it's a pity they chose to destroy those props rather than donate them to a museum or auction them off to the fans. I think I saw a large-scale Apollo lunar module model they used in the "Moon Landing Hoax" episode set on the Alameda runway for destruction. I was sorry to see that go - they did a really good job on building it.
