Attention to the forum regarding changes you see on the board.

There has been an aggravating problem over the last couple of weeks where members of the forum have not been able to look at individual member profiles. This appears to be a glitch in the forum software which I am presently trying to hunt down and resolve. Part of doing this involves removing all of the modifications I have made to the original software download. As a result, you will see certain things on the forum are missing:

The line separating the sticky threads and the regular threads is gone.

There are no statistics listed for the top posters or on other forum data.

Some of the smilies have reverted back to the originals used by vBulletin, but that was something that happens everytime I upgrade the software. I did that last night in an attempt to resolve the original problem. I just have to go back into the server and replace the smilies again

These are all temporary changes only until I can resolve the problem with why the program won't allow us to access individual user profiles. I have put in a call for help to the vBulletin people to assist me with this.

Once I have figured this out, I will restore the board back to the way it was set up for us before this all happened. Please bear with me as I work through this problem and get the board restored to its original working condition.

Okay, guys,

I think I have the situation solved. The forum is now restored back to its original functionality and user profiles can now be seen again. Thanks to some advice from the vBulletin team I was able to see an old plugin which would have let me place information on a banned user in that user's profile so that others could see the reason for the banning was interfering with viewing the profiles normally. Since we have no banned users at this point, it is not a product we need, so it is now gone. That should resolve the entire problem. I have added back all of the other modifications and things should be back to normal now.
