Happy Independence Day, all! Here in the suburbs of Go City, I'm hearing fireworks going off from all directions outside. Fortunately, the weather's cleared enough for the local towns to light off their displays as well.

You know, I got to thinking over the weekend about the late Soviet premier Nikita Krushchev (How do you spell that guy's last name, anyway?
) and how he once predicted the triumph of communism over Western-style democracy and capitalist business systems. I believe his exact words were: "We will bury you!!" Well, considering how the Soviet Union collapsed after only 74 years, while the United States is still going strong after 233, all I can say is this:
"Hey, Nikita - we buried you!!"
