Thanks for the post Fireand'chutes77! I especially like the inverse color-scheme on Shego's first outfit. And the KP-style suit for her is hilarious.
However, I do not believe these are all the outfits. From playing the game, it looks like each character has eight bonus outfits. However, I have only unlocked the Centurion armor for Kim and the Green CB jacket she stole in "Bueno Nacho" for Shego.
