You know, I hadn't realized that - you're absolutely right, NN. I'll have to remember that next time.
Thanks for the tip!

Haven't checked my VCR tapes yet. I know there's a bunch of KP eps here somewhere I just don't know how many. SOmewhere amongst 30 years worth of tapes I have some treasure. I squirreled and forgotten the shows years ago, because I knew someday I would lose Kim forever.

Well, you might be able to get some help on that if you ever need it.

Watched bits and pieces of several episodes, making sure everything was intact on my PC - the season 1 and 2 eps ripped from my German box sets, and the season 2, 3 and 4 eps bought from the iTunes stores (I bought a few of my favorite s2 episodes before the release of the second box set).
I'm actually a bit surprised I've gone as long as I have since the last time I watched any of the series! Guess it's time to make another run through...

Appropriately enough, the last one I watched was "A Very Possible Christmas". Drakken's hilarious in it, as he usually is when he has Ron to play off of.

Yes, those two make an excellent comic duo. I think that's part of the series' charm - Kim's arch-nemesis and her sidekick are both likable buffoons at times.

I also watched "A Very Possible Christmas" as well.

Currently watching "A Very Possible Christmas" - roughly within the time frame of the actual episode, to boot!
EDIT: Always a good watch. And it's got at least 50% more uppercuts that most Christmas specials!
And I'm going to assume that 20:30 (or thereabouts) is the point at which Drakken passed out and started hallucinating from the bad dumpster chicken, because the singalong bit has aways annoyed me somewhat.

Yeah, that is quite the Big-Lipped Alligator Moment there. (Just watched the episode myself... it's actually the first time I've watched it since I've become a full-fledged Troper.)

Agreed. That final musical number took me by surprise as well the first time I saw it, considering how it contradicted the rest of the series' episodes in format. But I understood why it was done, once I read Bob & Mark's explanation that it was a spoof of all the televised Christmas specials with their overly-sentimental content.
BTW, I watched AVPC again the other day, myself.
