I heated up some roast beef slices in the microwave, and had them on white bread as a hot sandwich. I had some shoestring potatoes as a side dish.

A cold turkey sandwich with provolone cheese, lettuce & mustard on an onion roll was my supper tonight.

We had "Sloppy Joes" for dinner last night. Those are sandwiches of loose ground beef cooked in a tangy barbecue sauce, and served on hamburger buns. (If you've ever seen those "Manwich" commercials on TV, that's the kind of sandwich I'm talking about.)

I made my favorite fall/winter recipe: a hearty lentil stew with Polish sausage, carrots, celery & onion. It's great for a cold day.

Hmmmm, sounds good, campy!
I had a baked chicken breast with salsa and lime, along with black beans and rice.

I had some leftover "Sloppy Joe" meat for my dinner tonight. Only this time I ate it on an open slice of bread, with a fork and spoon. I had a side dish of corn chips along with it.

Big Mexican plate at a really great mom-n-pop place. I'd been thinking about big time enchiladas for a couple of days.
