Unfortunately, yes. Disney's always been one to tout "The Next Big Thing," and right now Phineas & Ferb is it.
I still love P&F, though, and will continue to watch that show. I only regret that I'll probably never get a chance to try out the KP interactive adventure before they end it this summer.

I know times change and Disney is trying to follow what is most popular today, but first Back to the Future the Ride is taken out to make way for the Simpsons Ride and now Kim Possible will go to Phineas and Ferb. Gee not really much reason to go to Orlando, Florida anymore huh ? They could have just as easily left KPWSA and just made an invention one for Phineas and Ferb on the Innovation end of EPCOT since Phineas and Ferb is more about invention and ingenuity than world travel anyway.

You have a point there. I've seen a number of ads for P&F on DC encouraging kids to use their imaginations and be creative like the brothers do on the show. Plus, DC once had a contest (or was it just a promotion?) in which they showed clips of kids demonstrating Rube Goldberg-like devices similar to those seen on P&F. Perhaps a "creativity" type exhibit at EPCOT would be more appropriate, like you said.
EDIT: There's still a reason to visit Orlando - the Kennedy Space Center is 10 miles to the east! I've always wanted to go there, since I'm a strong supporter of our space program.

This doesn't surprise me much, given the elimination of the KP "meet and greet" a couple of years ago (I suspect the girl that played Kim went on to be one of the princesses at the Cindarella's Castle restaurant, the facial structure was very similar).
I'm wondering if KP will enterthe Disney "vault" cycle, since this seems to be a major marketing strategy with the company.

Seasons 3 & 4 are probably due any time now as 1 & 2 were released over a year ago.

I wish. I'm not that optimistic.

Well, yesterday was the last day of the Kim Possible World Showcase adventure. Someone on another forum linked to an article celebrating the show and lamenting its farewell.
While I do like P&F, suffice to say that if I go to Disney World again in the forseeable future, I'll avoid the World Showcase like the plague.

MAJ. MONOGRAM: Didn't you just hear what I said, Agent P? Dr. Doofenshmirtz has been sighted all across the world! You're supposed to salute me, then go out and stop him. So why the heck are you on your laptop, sitting around like ... wait? Is that website the website I think you're on? Are you contacting whom I think you're contacting?! Hmph, great. Now you're outsourcing your responsibilities..."
