Today at work, a young lady in a nearby cubicle got a stuffed toy animal as a Valentine's Day gift. It was a pink poodle that bore a striking resemblance to Commodore Puddles.

Somebody posted a photo of a plate of mini corn dogs in a group I belong to over at Mark Zuckerberg's place. Flash frozen?

Our local high school's cheer squad just won States! I wonder if they got there by beating the Lemurs in the Regionals?

Last weekend I was driving behind a car that had Montana license plates on it. The plates show the state's silhouette outlined in white on a yellow/beige background.

The villain in an episode of Luke Cage used the "bring the city to its knees" cliché, which always reminds me of Stop Team Go:

Hego: Umm… but cities don’t have knees!
Mego: That was a, whaddayacallit, a similie!
    Wego 1: It’s not a similie!
    Wego 2: It’s a metaphor!
Hego: The topic here is geography, not English! Or is it anatomy?

Every girl I saw compete in the Olympic snowboarding competition reminded me of Kim.

On TV I saw a young scientist climbing up a volcano slope to study the rocks. She was wearing tan cargo pants (I guess they are "in" once again). The pantlegs were kind of baggy and a bit overlong, and the cuffs were turned over so that she didn't walk on them. Her hair was red too.

On another show there was a young female in a croptop who was petite and very athletic looking. Like KP, one would not want to mess with her because she could definitely kick-*** when need be.

Just this past Tuesday, I heard Creedence Clearwater Revival's song "Run Through The Jungle" on my car radio. I immediately thought of our old "friend," Lord Monkey Fist.
I also saw a license plate that read "WHTVR 35." That reminded me of the actor Quinn from And The Mole Rat Will Be CGI.

Mrs. campy and I are thinking of engaging a financial advisor to help us plan for her retirement. I hope this doesn't mean I'll have go on the extreme sports circuit like Señor Senior, Sr. did after Vinnie Wheeler stole his money in "Triple S."

Well, for starters, don't hire Vinnie!
Seriously, though, there are a lot of reputable investment firms out there for you & Mrs. campy to consider. Just take your time and shop around until you find one you feel you can trust to make your money work for you the way you want it to.

Today in my local grocery store, I saw a low-calorie popcorn for sale named "Slim Kim."
