    Mmmmmm, paella. If you end up in Barcelona, Los Caricollas has (or at least had) a really good one. Plus snails.

    I had gumbo and Oysters Luisianne at a place called Louis and the Redheaded Lady in Mandeville, LA. Yesterday lunch was a knuckle sandwich at the Noble Pig near Austin.

    Hmmmm. Paella........y arroz con pollo, ropa viejo, picadillo, arroz con calamares.............. You just can't beat this food. Best in the world as far as I'm concerned.

    We had breaded chicken breasts, baked potatoes, and green beans for dinner tonight.
    I ate the last slice of pumpkin pie from Thanksgiving for dessert tonight!

    Seems almost sacreligious to eat canned chowder in your neck of the woods. I guess most of the clam shacks have closed up for the winter.
