What are you talking season one and two have long been available there.
The problem is when and whether it will occur 3 and season 4 for sale.

The DVDs were sold through the Disney Movie Club which you had to join in order to get them at a cost of $24 each. They were not available on the open market unless one wanted to get them "black market" on eBay like I did, or from Amazon at high prices ($60+). Now you can get them direct from Disney at $32. It will probably not be much longer till eps 3 and 4 are finally available.
