How strong is Kim?
Okay, what do you guys think, how strong is she?
I think that she's probably strong enough to break a grown man's jaw with her hand...I think that this is pretty close to how KP's body would look like in the real world (she is definitely more athletic than the other cheerleaders, and all because of her missions) .

Re: How strong is Kim?
Kind of hard to gague given that size is somewhat cartoonishly scaled, and her more significant feats included augmentations like the Battle Suit or Hego's powers, the former is questionable how much it augments Kim naturally (my headcanon says it does augment her physical abilities, but we never got a confirmation of it), and Hego's powers are, well, self explanatory.
She's definitely strong enough to hurl men that weight at least 200-250 pounds around, not counting any equipment they wear. And given she's a cheerleader, she does need to carry a lot of weight. So she's pretty strong, but she isn't going to be picking up a dozen guys and throwing them all at once. In a quick sequence, sure, but not some big cartoony ball of henchmen.
For a high end estimate, I'd probably guess she could knock a lorwardian down if she hit hard enough without the battle suit and might be able to leg sweep one (the question being if her legs would take too much damage in return is another matter), while the battle suit garuntees it. Regardless, I would say she could break someone's jaw in one hit, but the question again would be how much damage would she take in return since punching someone in the jaw is actually a pretty bad idea since you can break your own knuckles doing it.

Not so if you do it correctly. Correct form must be maintained in making the strike to ensure that at the moment of impact the bones are lined up correctly and the transfer of power into the target smoothly moves into that target with no loss of energy anywhere along the line of transfer. I myself have done this in my youth, punching through a 2x4 with my bare fist, so I know it can be done. Human bones are very strong and can support very large amounts of of power and stress IF their alignment in the distribution of that stress and power is correct. This is the essence of proper martial arts technique in the old school, and literally thousands of pounds of force PSI can be delivered this way. It's what allows demonstrations of true martial artists in breaking seemingly impossible objects (stacks of wood or bricks) or withstanding irresistable force (such as the old master Uyeshiba who created Aikido, when six NFL Linebackers were unable to move this 124 lb master from where he stood. This was filmed and can be seen). Rhonda Rousey, the current MMA champion (However I do not support MMA, which in my mind in not an art at all but nothing much more than brawling), who is also a world class Judo practitioner as well, and who weighs in at something like 140 lbs has no trouble throwing men over 200 lbs around the mat. It's a matter of proper leverage and technique. As a formerly practicing student and teacher of the martial arts (which I no longer do as I am too old for it. Tae Kwon Do really is a young person's art. If I resume an art, it will be Tai Chi.), I have personal experience on how this can be achieved. I have no problem believing that KP, who is a noted expert in sixteen forms of Kung Fu, in being able to achieve those types of feats.

While I agree Kim is probably fitter than the other girls on the cheer squad, I think the others are very strong & fit as well. I think with Kim in charge cheer practice sessions must be quite rigorous. Certainly Hope, Jessica, Marcella and Liz must be very strong girls to have served as the base of the 4-level pyramid in "Odds Man In."

- And he'll be signing autographs in the lobby after tonight's performance!
Seriously, though, I have to agree with jeriddian when he says he can see Kim performing those martial-arts feats, based on her athletic abilities as a cheerleader and her mastery of 16 forms of kung fu. I can also see her throwing a 200-250 pound opponent around with no problem, as well as being able to break his/her jaw with a single punch. I know I certainly wouldn't want to take her on in a fight!!

When they were stuck with Bonnie she plodded up the mountain all alone, even for a moment hung it on one hand seems quite strong. It also speaks not a kind of martial art, and that definitely leads to be strong not only spiritually but also physically.

Well, just remember what she did in "Emotion Sickness":
1. Tossed a hotdog vendor's cart like it was made of paper (those carts weigh anywhere from 175 to 800 pounds).
2. Threw Ron a good distance
3. Ripped open a parade float's floor with her bare hands.
I didn't see other girls doing the same things.

As with most of the characters on the show, I think her capabilities are to a certain extent context based. I was having a discussion with someone else where they pointed out that in one episode Drakken rips open a metal door with his bare hands, but we never see him exhibit similar strength again. Likewise, I think some of Kim's more extreme feats-- like throwing a hot dog cart-- are introduced at the writer's discretion and aren't meant to be taken as real evidence of what she can do. I agree with what others have said in that Kim's baseline is exceptional strength, flexibility, and agility for someone of her age and build. Of the villains she usually faces, I'd say the only person stronger than her is Shego. Maybe Monkey Fist makes the list, but he's more Ron's problem than hers.
