Sorry to hear that, Sentinel. Last night I had problems trying to download a copy of my W-2 form from my temp agency's website so I can do my taxes. I called the agency today, and they gave me their IT dept.'s toll-free number. I called that, and although I didn't talk to a live human, got a message stating that a new copy of my W-2 would be e-mailed to me within 24 hours. Now I've just got to watch my in-box for that message.

    - Jeriddian used this smilie in a recent post, and I had to laugh after I took a closer look at it - it reminds me so much of how my computer at work constantly acts up! I swear, their server and system contain more bugs than a boatload of Volkswagens - that's how bad it is!
Fortunately, my home computer works much better.

I have the same problem with virtually every hospital computer I have ever had to use! Archaic!

Yeah; we laugh now as we discuss this, but at the time we're using those systems it isn't so funny. But, better laugh than cry, right?

Spring Break started a week early this year thanks to COVID-19. Just got the message that classes next week are cancelled until the 30th and we might be moving to online only/hybrid instruction for the rest of the semester. It won't cause that great a disruption as I have my students submit the great majority of their work online anyway, but I do like the face-to-face interaction. I'm thinking if we do go online only then setting up online conference classes through Canvas. Even though there haven't been any cases reported in my county yet, I can understand the college wanting to take precautions. Hopefully, they'll get a handle on this bug soon.
