Scottish Fantasy by Max Bruch, played by Jascha Heifitz with Leonard Bernstein and the New York Philharmonic in a concert at the Hollywood Bowl in 1960. In his time he was considered the greatest violinist living. Later, that title went to Isaac Stern during the late 20th century, which then went to Itzhak Perlman up to the present time. I strongly think he will be succeeded by Hilary Hahn.
