What Are You Eating?

Mom and my brother had waffles again, so my dinner consisted of leftover potatoes, mixed veggies, and some microwaved meatballs.

I had a hot-dog sandwich and French fries for my dinner tonight. A hot-dog sandwich consists of two hot dogs cut in half lengthwise, cooked in the microwave, then placed on lightly-toasted bread along with the usual hot-dog condiments - ketchup; mustard; pickles (or relish); onions; tomato slices, etc. I've been making them for years; before we got our first microwave, I used to fry the sliced dogs in a pan and then put them on the bread. Microwaving's better, though; you stand less of a chance of burning your dogs that way than by frying them.

I marinated a steak and grilled it for dinner. We also had onion rings.

We had breaded chicken breasts, mashed potatoes, and corn for our dinner tonight.
