I made pork chops in pineapple gravy, Mexican rice (probably different than what most people are used to, I used my sister's neighbor's grandmother's recipe) and Mexican couscous, turned out reasonably well.

I decided to try cooking up some seafood dumplings this evening. Kinda turned out a little scorched, but otherwise pretty decent.
