What a loss! Robin Williams is gone.

I just saw it on the news. Robin Williams, the great comedian, age 63, was found dead in his home today, cause of death appears to be suicide. It was reported he had been battling severe depression for some time, along with his substance abuse issues. There are some souls that are impossible to chain to this Earth.....

    Oh, my God.
One of the most creative souls on the face of the Earth - a man who brought laughter to millions with his unique gift of spontaneous, improvisational comedy - has taken his own life. To say this is tragic would be an understatement if ever there were one.
God have mercy on his soul - and may He bring comfort to Mr. Williams' family in this dark hour.

I don't know what else to say right now.

I just learned that the Westboro Baptist Church is planning to hold a protest at Robin Williams' funeral/memorial because he portrayed a gay man in the film The Birdcage.
Why don't those psychos just go away??

Don't worry, TWD. They are actually digging their own graves in a way. They are doomed and don't even know it, in American society. Besides, even if they try it, I believe the response of the entertainment community will drive them out of town so fast they'll think they never got there in the first place. Besides, his body was cremated the day after he died and the ashes were released privately by his immediate family over San Francisco Bay, the following morning. So it's over and done with anyway.

Given Williams frequent appearances at USO events, overseas, I would not be surprised if the Patriot Guard were in attendance.

Amen to that. Those Westboro ilk deserve a little smackdown if they try anything.

The entertainment community was talking about holding a memorial for Mr. Williams; I remember reading about it in the papers last week following his death. Also, Billy Cystal was going to give a tribute to him during the Emmy Awards broadcast.
I just hope those Westboro punks stay the $#@%!! away....
