I can't believe I am actually watching TV since the knee replacement.....well not as much since I am able to go up and down the stairs now to get to my main computer. A word of advice; make sure you have your password with the laptop so you don't forget it. I had it stashed on this unit and hadn't used the laptop in a year.

My Grandmother would be happy. Back in the day, she had an antenna on a 100 foot tower point at Chicago to get the Cubs on the air.

Last night I watched the first episode of the new season of Designated Survivor. Looks to be an interesting story arc.....
Tonight I caught the last 15-20 minutes of Marvel's Inhumans. What I saw looked interesting - unfortunately, I'd forgotten it was going to debut tonight, otherwise I'd have tuned in from the beginning. That's OK, though; in a day or two I can watch it for free (with commercials, unfortunately) via my cable service's "on-demand" feature (caught an episode of Designated Survivor that way last season).

I saw the Inhumans thing in the theaters. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in it. The dialogue was horrendous. The plot line hackneyed. The acting was deplorable. Black Bolt looked pretty much like a strangled cat the whole time. His facial expressions were ridiculous most of the time. They should have kept the mask on the actor. Medusa!....uggh. Just not right. Maximus was an absolute bore as a villain. Even Crystal was OOC to me. I will not be watching this one.

I watched two episodes of Designated Survivor tonight - the first was last week's ep that I missed, viewed on-demand (complete w/commercials so's to save money - Bleh). The second was tonight's new show.
Kiefer Sutherland's such a good actor - I wish President Tom Kirkman was real, and in the White House right now - that's what kind of performance Mr. Sutherland gives each week on this show.
