I made dirty rice for our dinner. (From a mix, because I'm lazy.)

Mom and my brother are having waffles for dinner tonight. I'm having a frozen dinner - one of those "Hungry Man" meals. This one's salisbury steak.

Tonight Mom & brother had fish & chips (fries). I ate later (pooped from window-washing all day), so I had some frozen meatballs & leftover green beans.

Made split-pea soup yesterday. It came out pretty good. No salt, so I used garlic, pepper, and other spices to substitute. Also used cut boneless country style pork ribs in place of ham--again, to cut down on sodium. Tonight will probably be a salad night.

Mrs. campy is making Quiche Lorraine for our dinner. Since it's a Sunday between Labor Day & Memorial Day our preprandial libation was the classic Manhattan cocktail.
