Then it's probably a good thing I didn't mention the 36-hour-roasted beef short ribs accompanied by Opus One 2015.

Well, tonight it's back to eating my own cooking.
You shouldn't torture me like that, campy........ Ah! well, I'm over it. Ate Thai food today.

We had breaded chicken strips (breasts?) along with baked potatoes and mixed veggies for our dinner tonight. In fact, I'm taking a leftover piece of the chicken and half a potato for my lunch tomorrow.

Since it's been snowy here the past two days I made my favorite cold-day dinner: lentil stew with Polish sausage. I was unable to find the best kielbasa (Blue Seal brand from Chicopee MA) in the store, so it didn't come out as well as usual, but it was still pretty good.

Tomato Basil Soup today. Later, some plain beef broth to help warm me up.

I stayed in at home, ate a pot pie for lunch. Those are pretty good actually.

Stir fry chicken and brown rice tonight. Got to keep it healthy with lots of veggies.

We had tuna salad sandwiches for our dinner tonight. In fact, I made a sandwich for my lunch tomorrow right after dinner with some of the leftover tuna. That way, I made sure I got some (Mom's tuna salad is very popular at our house; it tends to get eaten fast).
EDIT: Jeriddian, what kind of pot pie did you have? My favorite is the turkey pot pie by Marie Callender.
