I made a balsamic-glazed lamb loaf for dinner.

Finished off the Thanksgiving leftovers tonight. Tomorrow I go on a raisin bran diet.

Yeah, I helped finish off some of our Thanksgiving leftovers too. There's no more stuffing, mashed potatoes, or green-bean casserole in our house. And what turkey is left over after I made dinner & a sandwich for tomorrow's lunch is going to be frozen until January, when Mom will make a turkey casserole for us.

I got a chicken cordon bleu sub (i.e grinder, hoagie, po' boy, hero) from our favorite pizza place here in the "new" town for dinner.

Hmmmm. Sounds good, campy. I had Atlantic Salmon with a Greek salad at lunch.

The campy family's traditional Christmas Eve fish dinner was smaller than usual this year. When there was a big, multi-generational group there used to be seven or more fish dishes plus lots of sides, but since there were just two of us we had one: salmon stuffed with crabmeat, accompanied by mushrooms and risotto.
