I also bought these through Amazon from the same guy who sold me the Kim Possible buildable figures. He gave me a free gift with my order: A “Hello Kitty” cell phone charm!

These are each about an inch high – Drakken’s figure is a little taller; about an inch and a half. They’re very well detailed, and painted so you can clearly see the detailing.

I’ve included multiple shots of Ron and Rufus, as well as Drakken and Shego, from different angles, so you can see the details on each figure. I’ve also included two group shots with a ruler to give you an idea of their actual size.
