Thread: How Was Your Day? Edition 18

  1. #391
How are you doin' guys? I'm bored out of my mind, cursing the pandemic with all my passion and watching facebook groups formed by former US military people that had a base in my city and love it to pieces still, warms my heart, so weird from my perspective, but I love it!!

I hope all of you are well...

Welp yesterday I finally was able to make a taekwondo class again, still playing the guitar (if you are bored try that). Still writing chapter 75 of book 2 of the Hunter (there are a few things I need to get just right).

Today I did an inventory of my wine cellar and finally corrected some errors in my spreadsheet that had been bugging me for weeks.

Then I bought some more wine to celebrate.

Went to the store today for milk & lettuce before the snow hit, then put the trash cans away after the trucks came through to empty them. I also spread "salt" on the driveway so's not to get ice or snow on them from the new storm that's just arrived here in Go City. Now I'm just poking around on my computer.

I keep two bottles of single malt in the same place. I just emptied the Lismore, but still have some Glen Rothes left. We only been getting Cayman Reef rum now, it is VERY good.

I don't keep any single malts around. I do keep a bottle of The Famous Grouse scotch in my cabinet. I buy that brand because it was the favorite drink of the characters in W. E. B. Griffin's The Corps Series.

I have a magnum of Famous Grouse. When we were in Scotland the locals drank that a lot. Not only that, but with some Drambuie and FG you have pretty good rusty nail.
