I went to America's First Public Library to pick up the newest (estate of) Clive Cussler and Graham Brown "NUMA Files" novel, Fast Ice.

I mailed two letters; bought postage stamps; purchased a new minutes card for my cell phone; visited my ATM; made an appointment for my PSA blood test, and hauled the trash out to the curb. All of which needed to be done....

Folded & put away my clean laundry, and attended an on-line Windycon meeting tonight. It's likely to be virtual again this year, so I'm planning a "virtual dealer's room" where dealers with their own websites can provide links to sell their wares on-line.

Quiet weekend so far. Tonight's classic movie: "In Harm's Way."

I like quiet days, trying to push my prior to get some things done that he can only do. It is frustrating at times.

Just had a bout of severe neck pain from too much staring at a computer screen. Had to take a break. But I'm good now.

I get neck & back pains - right between the shoulder blades - occasionally lately. I think I've got the same problem you have, jeriddian. I'm spending too much time in front of the computer.
    As for my day:
Ran some errands in the afternoon; visited the ATM, then bought a few goodies for myself as well as some grocery shopping to pick up stuff we ran out of at home. Tonight after dinner, I spent some time reorganizing my DVD collection. I put the discs for all seven seasons of Star Trek: The Next Generation in the same box so I can find them when I want them (five seasons were in one box; the other two were elsewhere). I also put another box of DVDs where it's more readily accessible.
