Mom & I had some cold leftover chicken (from last night) on hamburger buns as sandwiches, while my brother made himself an omelet (I think that's what it was - anyway, it involved frying an egg or two).

Stuffed green peppers. They offered us the chance to take our first shot on Sunday out in Wentzville instead of Tuesday in St Louis County. We jumped on the chance.

I came up with hash by accident last week, just leftover hamburger and potatoes in a dish cooked for an hour.
