Went to the warehouse store for raisins. I also bought a package of cube steaks so I can attempt chicken fried steak again tomorrow. We'll see if the seasoned flour will stay on the meat this time.

Yes. I think I need to oil the fry basket better. Another problem might be that the steaks sat for 40+ minutes before cooking, because Mrs. campy was stuck at the eye doctor's longer than anticipated.

You have to get the oil hot enough, but Dad's trick was to dip the patty in egg and then flour. I tend to use too much garlic.

Those three words are very familiar individually, but strung together like that they make no sense whatsoever to me.

I had an orientation session this morning for my cardio rehab program. It lasts 12 weeks, and I begin next Monday.

Hope the program helps you--the one I went to after my bypass surgery helped a lot. Today's yard work day: Have to cut down some palmetto and do a little weeding.
