Trying to get chapter 89 done and turned into my beta. I'm close to having it.

Today we moved our outdoor dining table off the deck and into the condo's basement for the winter. Now I'll need to wash the deck since it's clear of furniture.

Had a really good taekwondo class today, the instructor ran us through a form and then I broke down the strikes and where they were applied on the body and how to do them and then let them practice.

Another eventless day at work. Work is going really well. It's easy to do.

It's already down to 35 here, had a fun day at TKD....I was teaching what some of the really nasty moves meant in some forms. I've always thought that adult black belts should know what their movements actually meant.

I agree. The black belts have to be better educated in the science of their art. It was the way I taught it too.

Some basically don't know much and I have been working with the younger instructors, being 70 now I cheat, but then the purpose is to win or at least get away. I keep telling them that MA is about physics and physiology...well being smart too.
