We had a mix of clouds and sun, along with a line of strong thunderstorms that moved through the area around mid-day. The worst of the storms passed to the south of where I live, so all we got was a brief period of heavy rain accompanied by some thunder and lightning. We're supposed to get clear, sunny weather for the next few days.

Sunny and warm; temps got up into the mid-80's by this afternoon. Mom finally had us close the house up & switch on the A/C.
