We had boiled hot dogs, fried potatoes with onions; and a tossed salad (I had Thousand Island dressing on mine).

We had breaded chicken breasts, baked potatoes, mixed veggies and a wilted leftover salad for our dinner tonight.

We had a chicken & veggie casserole that you baked in a fry pan. We've had it before; it's really good. We refer to it as the "fry-pan chicken pot pie." (That's what it tastes like!)
