I did my usual Saturday grocery shopping; then spent the afternoon fooling around on my computer. We ordered take-out food from our local pizzeria, and as usual, I was "elected" to go pick it up.

My niece got engaged over the weekend to a very good man. Also, the third part of Double Entendre: Summer Heat is up on AO3 and I've done some re-editing--nothing drastic, just grammatical and some continuity errors.

I went out to get my car washed, and I also bought a bottle of rye whiskey since it's time to mix up Manhattan cocktails again.

I unpacked some boxes and unwrapped several pieces of furniture at the new house.

Today I went to America's First Public Library to pick up a CD I'd requested. I also returned the 27 books Clara had out. Then I went grocery shopping.

Mowed the grass and did yardwork, got groceries, did some grading and some writing (Kim's going to have an adventure in the part coming up--she has to solo a mission for the first time), also working on "Universes in Collision", just posted a couple of other stories--yeah, I'm writing up a storm right now. Got a meeting with the adjunct I'm mentoring this afternoon, so all in all, a pretty busy day.
