Been showing Halberstam's series on The Fifties for my American History II class--they're enjoying the vids and are reacting to them in some interesting ways. My face-to-face class this semester has been an especially good and lively class.

I drove to my sister’s house in NYC for Thanksgiving. It was an uneventful trip except for an accident in front of us that nearly took us out, but we escaped unscathed.
