I watched this new film called "Lou" on Netflix starring Alison Janney. This is a compeltely differnet kind of role for her, quite interesting. Heck of a surprise ending.

I watched an excellent movie on Hulu called "The Last Duel", which deals with a true event in history that occurred in France in 1386. What is really interesting is how the story is told from the differnet viewpoints of the three main characters. Incredibly great performances by Matt Damon, Jodie Comer (of "Killing Eve" fame), and Adam Driver (Star Wars). What is fascinating is how their stories truly highlight the moral and ethical values of the times in how women were treated, and also how the judicial system of France worked in those times.
