I've been rewatching the Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug and Cat Noir series in the original French. One can see that the translation that was made to Emglish was at best quite loose, and so some of the original meaning or intent is lost from that original, so I wanted to experieince the original atmosphere of the characters. Understanding Spanish, I can catch a few things in French where the two languages share similar words or phrases. But is is clear the English they chose is way off the original half the time.
